Since 2009, healthpro has worked with the team at Beshoffs to detail their menu's caloric, nutritional and allergen profile and to adopt methods of preparation and cooking that provide certified gluten-free options. As a result of this initiative, Beshoff Bros pioneered provision of coeliac-friendly fish and chips in the Irish market and continue to expand their gluten-free range to cater for an increasing consumer group.
