Feeling fishy? Try this classic fish pie dish, easy to make for a mid-week meal!
Ingredients
Potatoes 450 g
Cod 200 g
Skimmed Milk 45 ml
Eggs 100 g
Parsley 5 g
Juice of a Lemon 15 ml
Instructions
1. Cut the potatoes into small cubes and boil until tender.
2. Drain the water and then mash with flaked fish, eggs, milk, parsley and lemon juice.
3. Place in an oven dish and cook at 200C for 20 minutes.
4. Serve with a side of mixed vegetables.
