This vegetarian omelette is a perfectly simple nutritious dish that can be eaten at any time of day, and is quick to make!
Ingredients
Eggs 100 g
Cheddar Cheese 10 g
Tomato 65 g
Onion 60 g
Milk 30 ml
Coconut Oil 1 ml
Instructions
1. Add coconut oil to a pan and turn it on a low heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk two eggs and milk until they foam.
3. Pour the beaten eggs into the frying-pan and allow to cook for 3-4 minutes.
4. Then, sprinkle onions, tomato and cheese over the top and fold the omelette in half. Cook for another 2 minutes and serve.
