Ingredients
Ripe Tomatoes of Various Colours/Shapes/Sizes 1 kg
Sea Salt 3 g
Balsamic Vinegar 10 ml
Drizzle Extra-Virgin Olive Oil 20 ml
Basil Leaves 2 g
Instructions
1. Slice the tomatoes and arrange on a platter, then season with the sea salt and some pepper.
2. Drizzle over the vinegar and oil, and scatter over the basil.
