Ingredients
Banana 100 g
Egg White 30 g
Honey 5 g
Skimmed Milk 200 ml
Ice Cubes 30 g
Drinking Chocolate 10 g
Instructions
1. Separate the yolk from the egg white and pour the egg white into the blender. Roughly chop a banana and add to the blender.
2. Add the ice, milk, honey, and (if using) drinking chocolate or lime juice.
3. Blend at full speed until smooth.
4. Pour into a chilled glass and drink!
