This smoothie is sweet and nutty, a great way to boost energy levels and satisy your sweet tooth!
Ingredients
Banana, Peeled and Sliced 90 g
Soya Milk 250 ml
Honey 5 g
Grated Nutmeg 2 g
Chopped Hazelnuts, To Serve 10 g
Instructions
1. Place the hazelnuts on a baking tray and toast in a preheated oven (180C) for 10-15 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, blend the banana with the soya milk, honey and a little grated nutmeg until smooth.
3. Pour into two large glasses and top with the toasted, chopped hazelnuts to serve.
