Ingredients
Oats 150 g
Wholewheat Flour 150 g
Baking Soda 10 g
Baking Powder 5 g
Salt 1 g
Buttermilk 250 ml
Milk 200 ml
Vegetable Oil 15 ml
Egg 50 g
Walnuts 20 g
Instructions
1. Blend the oats in a blender or food processor.
2. In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients and then mix the wet with dry. Stir in nuts, if desired.
4. Lightly oil a hot pan and ladle 1/3 cup of the batter onto the hot skillet; cook the pancakes for 2-4 minutes per side, or until brown.
