Linguini Pasta 450 g
Soy sauce 100 g
Olive oil 120 g
Sugar 100 g
Vinegar 80 g
Sesame seeds 9 g
Mixed baby leaf salad 285 g
Crab meat flaked 225 g
Cilantro (chopped) 28 g
Avocado (chopped) 145 g
Instructions
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
Place linguini pasta in the pot, cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until al dente, and drain.
In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, olive oil, sugar, vinegar, and sesame seeds.
In a large bowl, toss the cooked pasta with the soy sauce dressing, greens, crabmeat, cilantro, and avocado.
Chill until serving.
