A flavour-packed peach and raspberry smoothie, coeliac friendly, vegetarian and low in salt, sodium, fat and saturated fat. It's also high in Vitamin C.
Peach Halves 410 g
Raspberries (frozen) 100 g
Orange Juice 100 ml (1/2 glass)
Fresh Custard 150 ml
1. Drain and rinse peaches and place in a blender with raspberries (keep few for garnish). Add orange juice and fresh custard (keep also a spoon for garnish) and whizz together.
2. Pour over ice, garnish with another spoonful of custard and a few raspberries. Best served chilled.
