Cranberry Juice 200 ml (1 glass)
Raspberries (frozen) 175 g (40 units)
Skimmed Milk 100 ml (1/2 glass)
Yogurt 200 g (1 big portion)
Sugar 10 g (1 tbsp)
1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth.
