Ingredients
Pomegranate Juice 150 g
Soya Milk 125 ml
Banana, Peeled 80 g
Tofu 30 g
Honey 5 g
Flaked Almond 5 g
5 Ice Cubes
Instructions
1. Put pomegranate juice and soya milk into a blender with 2 ice cubes. Blend until the ice has broken down.
2. Add banana, tofu and honey. Blend until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass with the remaining ice cubes and garnish with flaked almonds.
