The delicious combination of roast chicken or with serrano ham and tomato is hard to resist. This recipe is Dairy free and Low in Sugar.
Wholemeal Bread 88 g (2 slices)
Mayonnaise 10 g (1 tbsp)
Egg (boiled) 30 g (1/2 unit)
Tomato (sliced) 65 g (1 unit)
Serrano Ham (2 slices)
1.Toast the bread and spread one slice with the mayo.
2. Layer on the egg, tomato and ham and then add the chicken and more ham.
3. Finish with the slice of bread and cut into quarters. Secure with cocktail sticks if you like.
