Banana 100 g
Egg White 30 g (1 unit)
Honey 5 g (1 tsp)
Milk 200 ml (1 glass)
Ice Cubes 30 g (3 units)
Drinking Chocolate 10 g (1 tbsp)
1. Pour the egg white into the blender. Roughly chop a banana and add to the blender.
2. Add the ice cubes, milk, honey, and drinking chocolate.
3. Blend at full speed until smooth.
4. Pour into a chilled glass and drink!
