This fresh wrap is an easy lunch recipe is dairy and egg-free and low in sugars
Avocado (stoned) 50 g (1/2 unit)
Lime Juice 10 ml (1/2 unit)
Tabasco 1 ml (2 drops)
Tomato (chopped) 85 g (1 unit)
Spring Onion (sliced) 10 g
Tortilla Wraps 45 g (1 unit)
Mixed Salad Leaves 20 g (a handful)
Prawns (cooked and peeled) 85 g
1. Put the avocado in a bowl with the lime juice and tabasco. Roughly mash, then add the tomato, coriander and spring onion.
2. Warm the wrap in the microwave for a few seconds. Spread the avocado mixture down the middle, scatter on the salad leaves and finish with the prawns. Roll up, then eat.
