Using just 5 ingredients, you can make these delicious and naturally wheat-free pancakes for a yummy breakfast, mid morning snack or dessert!
Bananas 100 g
Egg 40 g
Gluten Free Oats 30 g
Milk 15 ml
Coconut Oil 3 ml
1. Add the banana, egg, milk and oats into a mixing bowl and blend using a hand-held blender.
2. Heat frying pan to a medium heat and add coconut oil.
3. Pour mixture onto frying and cook for about 2 minutes each side (until brown).
4. Enjoy with your favourite toppings, for example serve with fruit or preserves for added flavour!
