This open sandwich is loaded with flavour and nutrients and it's dairy free.
Wholemeal Bread 30 g (1 thick slice)
Mayonnaise 10 g (1 tbsp)
Cooked Chicken (shredded) 90 g
Avocado (diced) 40 g (1/2 unit)
Red Onion (chopped) 15 g
Coriander 1 g
Cherry Tomato (halved) 15 g
1. Top bread with mayonnaise and chicken then add avocado, red onion, coriander and cherry tomatoes.
