Avocado sandwich with a sweet citrusy twist and added sprouts to give a nutritious boost.
Whole-wheat bread 88 g
Large navel orange, peeled 120 g
Large avocados-peeled, pitted, and sliced 195 g
Alfalfa sprouts 140 g
Balsamic vinaigrette 3g
1. Arrange four of the bread slices on a flat surface.
2. Top each slice with two slices of orange, even amounts of avocado slices, and even amounts of sprouts.
3. Sprinkle each sandwich with 1/2 teaspoon of balsamic vinaigrette.
4. Top each with remaining bread slices and serve.
