This tasty and vegan sandwich will provide you with high levels of vitamin C!
Wholemeal Bread 88 g
Orange 120 g (1 unit)
Avocado 150 g (1 unit)
Alfalfa sprouts 30 g
Balsamic vinegar 3 g (1 tbsp)
1. Arrange the four slices of bread and place the segments of orange onto one slide.
2. Mash the avocado and spread it onto the other slice of bread.
3. Top one slice with the alfalfa sprouts and drizzle with the balsamic vinegar.
4. Combine and enjoy!
