Nutritious, gluten free and low fat option for a side dish, and the mix of sweet and salt is surprisingly delicious.
Continental Salad 300 g
Ripe Pears (2 units) 200 g
Walnut 20 g
Slices Turkey (3 units) 70 g
Slices Ham (3 units) 70 g
Red Onion (finely chopped, 1 unit) 60 g
Red Wine Vinegar (1 tbsp) 10 g
Clear Honey (1 tbsp) 10 g
Low-Fat Yogurt 125 g
1. Tip the bag of salad onto a large platter.
2. Quarter, core and slice the pears, and roughly chop the walnuts. Scatter the pears and walnuts over the salad leaves.
3. Cut the turkey and ham into strips and scatter over the top.
4. Mix together all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl, then drizzle over the salad just before serving.
