A quick and easy recipe when time is limited! A nice blend of stir fry vegetables with a tin of tuna.
Tuna (cooked) 60 g
Spinach 30 g
Red Onion 80 g
Red Pepper 60 g
Mushroom 80 g
Garlic 15 g
Coconut Oil 5 ml
1. Chop all of the vegetables and add them to a hot pan with some coconut oil.
2. Stir fry until the onion begins to turn brown, add in a handful of spinach and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the spinach begins to wilt. Season with a pinch of pepper as you cook.
3. Lastly, add in your tuna, mix through the vegetables and season again.
