A very refreshing, tasty and easy to make salad. Dairy, gluten and egg-free and suitable for vegans.
Spinach (rinsed and torn into bite-size pieces) 90 g
Strawberries (sliced) 170 g
Oil olive 30 ml
White Wine Vinegar 15 ml
Brown Sugar 25 g
Paprika 1 g
Sesame Seeds 5g
Poppy Seeds 3 g
1. In a large bowl, toss together the spinach and strawberries.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, sugar, paprika, sesame seeds, and poppy seeds. Pour over the spinach and strawberries, and toss to coat.
