This Pita Pizza recipe is very simple, tasty and fun to make with the kids (and adults!). It's egg free and vegetarian.
Pita Bread 60 g (1 unit)
Olive Oil 5 g (1 tsp)
Tomato Passata 45 g
Mozzarella Cheese (grated) 55 g
Mushrooms (sliced) 25 g
Garlic Salt 1 g
1. Preheat grill for medium-high heat.
2. Spread one side of the pita with olive oil and tomato sauce. Top with cheese and mushrooms and season with garlic salt.
3. Lightly oil grill grate. Place pita pizza under the grill and cook until cheese completely melts (about 5 minutes).
