Ham 90 g
Linguine Pasta (cooked) 300 g
Lemon Juice 15 ml (3 tsp)
Egg Yolks 36 g (2 units)
Creme Fraiche 40 g
Basil 1 g
Parmesan Cheese 20 g (2 tbsp)
1. Tear the ham into small pieces and fry in the olive oil until golden and crisp.
2. Tip the pasta into the pan with the cooked ham.
3. Meanwhile, mix together the lemon juice, egg yolks and creme fraiche, then add this to the pan along with the basil and Parmesan.
