This quick and easy salad is a perfect egg, gluten and dairy free addition to any dish. Dandelion leaves are similar to rocket, a great ingrediant to make a delicious salad.
Tomato 130g (1 medium unit)
Red Onion 30g (1/4 unit)
Dandelion Leaves 110 g
Fresh Basil Leaves 2.5 g (2 units)
Fresh Lemon Juice 5 g
Black Pepper 1g
1. Chop up the tomato in slices and roughly chop up the red onion.
2. In a bowl, toss together dandelion leaves, tomato and red onion.
3. Roughly chop the basil leaves and sprinkle over the salad.
4. Add a squeeze of lemon and season with black pepper.
