This yummy porridge bread is a delicious gluten-free alternative to shop-bought bread and is full of wholesome goodness.
Ingredients
Yoghurt 500 ml
Gluten-free Oats 300 g
Chia Seeds 15 g
Pumpkin Seeds 15 g
Sunflower Seeds 15 g
Gluten-free Bread Soda 10 g
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180'C.
2. Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir using a wooden spoon.
3. Pour into a loaf pan lined with grease-proof paper.
4. Bake for approx. 45 minutes.
5. Allow to cool and serve.
