These Gingerbread Flapjacks are a healthy nutritious treat! Perfect to snack on in between meals and for kids on the go!
Oats 200 g
Honey 100 g
Coconut Oil 100 g
Nutmeg 1 g
Dry Ginger 1 g
Dark Chocolate 30 g
Sea Salt 1 g
1. Melt the coconut oil and the honey in a saucepan.
2. Add oats, chocolate, dry ginger, nutmeg and a sprinkle of salt and stir well.
3. Pour into a tray, creating a flat and even surface.
4. Bake at 180C for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
