Camile, from our Active Kids course, provided this delicious sushi recipe. So easy to prepare, and each little parcel is packed with great nutrients!
Smoked Salmon (sliced) 30 g
Avocado (sliced) 30 g
White Rice (cooked) 50 g
Rice Wine Vinegar 20 ml
Seaweed 30 g
1. Boil a cup of rice until cooked (see instructions on packet) then cover with clingfilm/lid and allow to cool.
2. Spread the seaweed out flat on a plate.
3. Place ingredients at the top of the seaweed and roll (wet the seaweed with some water so it will stick).
4. Slice into chunks and enjoy!
