A light and refreshing juice with a tangy twist.
Cool Water 120 g (1/2 mug)
Cucumber (halved) 80 g (1 unit)
Apple (quartered) 150 g (2 units)
Lemon (halved) 60 g (1 unit)
1. Pour water into a glass and place beneath the spigot of a juicer.
2. Process first the cucumber, waiting about 20 seconds between halves.
3. Do the same with each apple quarter.
4. Finally juice the lemon halves.
5. Stir juice vigorously to blend.
