In our opinion not all soups have to be warm. This refreshing recipe will certainly liven up your taste buds and is one of our favourites after a training session or on a nice warm day. This is recipe a is dairy, egg and gluten free and suitable for vegans.
Watermelon (cubed and deseeded) 950 g
Lemon Juice 30 ml
Mint (fresh) 15 g
Honey 15 g
1. Blend watermelon, lemon juice, mint, and honey in a blender until smooth. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
