This quick and easy smoothie is refreshingly delicious. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans, coeliac friendly, dairy and egg-free.
Passion Fruit 230 g (3 units)
Banana (chopped) 90 g (1 unit)
Mango (peeled, stoned and chopped) 70 g (1 unit)
Orange Juice 300 ml
Ice Cubes 50 g (5 units)
1. Scoop the pulp of the passion fruits into a blender and add the banana, mango and orange juice.
2. Puree until smooth.
3. Serve with ice cubes.
