Strawberries 225 g
Milk 300 ml
Vanilla Ice Cream 120 g (2 large scoops)
1. Hull the strawberries.
2. Tip the hulled strawberries into a food processor with the milk and ice cream.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
4. Serve into two large glasses and sit back and enjoy with your gym buddy!
