They are fantastic for a healthy bowel and are also slowly digested, which means they keep you going for longer.
Porridge Oats 30 g
Greek Yoghurt, Plain 100 g
Banana 100 g (1 unit)
Strawberries 80 g
Whole Milk 250 ml (1 glass)
1. Combine the oats, yoghurt, banana, strawberries and milk in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and serve.
