It only takes ten minutes to make this easy mango and banana smoothie. It's high in potassium, low in fat and saturated fat, salt and sodium. Such a great recovery drink after an intense workout.
Mango 90 g (1 small unit)
Banana 90 g (1 small unit)
Orange Juice 500 ml
Ice Cubes 48 g (4 units)
1. Cut the mango down either side of the flat stone, then peel and cut the flesh into chunks.
2. Peel and chop the banana.
3. Put all the ingredients into a food processor or blender, then process until smooth and thick. Keep in the fridge and use the day you make it.
