This smoothie is sweet and nutty, a great way to boost energy levels and satisy your sweet tooth while also being dairy free, gluten free and egg free!
Ingredients
Hazelnuts 15 g
Banana 135 g
Soya Milk 375 ml
Honey 7 g (1tsp)
Grated Nutmeg 3 g
Ice Cubes 60 g (6 units)
Instructions
1. Place the hazelnuts on a baking tray and toast in a preheated oven (180C) for 10-15 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, blend the peeled banana with the soya milk, honey and grated nutmeg until smooth.
3. Pour into two large glasses with ice and top with the toasted, chopped hazelnuts to serve.
