A delicious, super easy oat-bran breakfast recipe with blueberries for some added sweetness. Only takes 10 minutes to prepare and will keep you going until lunch!
Ingredients
Oat-bran 50 g
Water 100 ml
Blueberries 100 g
Plain Yoghurt 150 g
Instructions
1. Cook the oat-bran- 2 parts water, 1 part oat-bran. Bring to the boil and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
2. Add the blueberries to the oat-bran during the final 30 seconds of cooking and mix through.
3. Once combined put the oat-bran blueberry mix in a bowl and serve with yoghurt on top.
