This delicious smoothie will take you to a Tropical Paradise, is coeliac friendly and vegetarian.
Mango 400 g
Mango Yogurt 250 g (2 units)
Milk 250 ml (1 mug)
Lime Juice (1 unit)
Passion Fruit 300 g (3 units)
1. Whizz the mango, yogurt and milk together in a blender until smooth.
2. Stir in the lime juice, then pour into 4 glasses.
3. Scoop the pulp of a passion fruit into each one, and swirl before serving.
