Ingredients
Pecan Nuts 50 g
Pistachios 50 g
Almonds 50 g
Apricots 50 g
Porridge Oats 250 g
Sunflower Seeds 50 g
Pumpkin Seeds 50 g
Flaxseed 10 g
Chia Seeds 10 g
Cinnamon 5 g
Sultanas 50 g
Maple Syrup 120 g
Orange Zest (2 Units) 30 g
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 160C.
2. Chop up the nuts and apricots and add to a large bowl, along with the rest of the dry ingredients, and mix.
3. Add maple syrup and grate the skin of the orange into the mixture. Stir well.
4. Spread the mixture out over a large baking tray and place it into the oven for approx 20-25 mins (until golden brown).
5. Allow to cool and harden.
