Ingredients
Sweet Potato 200 g
Coconut Milk 10 ml
Ground Cumin 1 g
Avocado 100 g
Instructions
1. Cut the sweet potato into small chunks and boil for 20 minutes, until tender.
2. Add the coconut milk and cumin to the potato and mash until a smooth consistency is reached.
3. Scoop out the avocado flesh and add it to the sweet potato. Using a fork, mix the avocado into the potato mixture.
4. Serve and enjoy.
