FreeFrom Food Awards Ireland 2018 Gala Dinner
Following our contribution to the judging panel for this years’ Free From Food Awards Ireland (FFFAI), (read the article here), we were delighted to attend last month’s spectacular Gala Dinner at the Crowne Plaza Dublin Airport Hotel to celebrate the overall winners. Once again, we also had the very great pleasure of sponsoring the event and presenting some awards.
This year’s winners were announced during a delicious five course gluten-free meal, which included a sensational almond cake, produced by Rosaleen’s Kitchen, who picked up a well-deserved Gold award in the cake category later in the evening. As every year, the Gala Dinner was a great opportunity to meet food producers from across the country and exchange impressions about the Irish food industry and the continued growth of the “Free-From” sector.
