Our healthpro BOOTCAMP and healthpro Road Runners outdoor group exercise courses continue to motivate and inspire participants toward great fitness over the winter months and our healthpro Personal Trainers are expertly guiding their clients toward achieving their fitness goals. As regular exercise is known to help boost the immune system and have a positive effect on energy and mood, we think the winter months ideal for getting body and  mind fit and strong! 


healthpro BOOTCAMP continues every Saturday morning at Deer Park Golf & Foot Golf, Howth, starting at 10:15 am. Participants are welcome to pay-as-they-go, so drop in any Saturday morning and enjoy a fabulous cross-training challenge in beautiful surrounds and in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Sessions cost only €10 each. 


healthpro Road Runners 5 week pre-Christmas course starts on Wednesday the 19th of November and concludes on Saturday the 20th of December. An ideal opportunity to continue to build on existing running fitness or make a start on your running goals before the New Year, the course is suitable for all fitness levels, male and female. Sessions run on Wednesday evening at 7:00 pm and Saturday morning at 9:00 am, with options to subscribe for 10 @ €85 or 5 @ €42.50. Our expert coaches are looking forward to helping you achieve your running goals.   



healthpro Personal Training is available at our beautiful exercise studios, outdoors, or at your place of residence or work. Sessions can be booked with our experienced and highly qualified exercise trainers to suit your requirements and cost €60 per session. Engaging the expertise of a personal trainer can revolutionise your approach to exercise and help to get you on a fast track toward achieving your fitness goals. Laoibhse holds a European Qualification Framework Level 4 in Exercise, Health Studies and Personal Training, attained through the National Training Centre (NTC), and has particular expertise and experience in working with specialised groups such as the pre and post-natal, the elderly, and athletes from various disciplines. Laoibhse's caring, empathetic and inspirational character facilitates absolute trust, commitment, and dedication from all her clients, resulting in outstanding achievements.

 Daniel holds a degree in Sports and Physical Education, awarded by the University of Porto, and has a wealth of fitness instruction and coaching experience. He has particular expertise in rehabilitative exercise prescription following cardiovascular illness and sports-related injury, and has coached at both juvenile and adult level in a range of sports from swimming, to handball, to canoeing, to football, at home in Portugal and in the United States. Daniel has a calm and assured disposition, putting clients immediately at ease and inspiring confidence and determination to succeed.
