Bay restaurant in Clontarf, have been working with healthpro nutrition and exercise specialists the last number of months and are now ready to launch their new Eat Smart Menu and Volcanic Hot Stone experience and it is one not to be missed! healthpro have worked closely with the owners Niamh and Sinead and head chef Foeude and have created an easily laid out menu that highlights the nutrient breakdown.  This includes listing all dishes according to the dietetic status, using a menu guide that offers different colour symbol to highlight the dish as; wheat free, diary free, gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, low fat, low salt as well as listing the calorie content of each dish.

The New Volcanic Hot Stone experience allows customers to order one of the restaurants steaks and cook it themselves on the hot stone slab, this method seals in the juices and nutrients and also cooks the dish in the most health conscious way.

To celebrate their new Eat Smart Menu and Hot Stone Experience Bay are offering a unique competition; 1 person will win a meal for two to dine at Bay restaurant once a month for the whole year of 2011.  To enter all they have to do is answer a simple question: Where is Bay restaurant located in Dublin?

Answers should be emailed to info@bayrestaurant.ie and include a name and contact number.

Deadline for entries is Friday November 26th, 2010

The winner will be picked on Monday the 29^th of November and announced shortly after.
