They also advise on nutrition and diet and have lots of tips on snacks etc. The whole experience is very positive and the results are fantastic. So much so that the exercise becomes enjoyable! Within weeks I was running with a pram...definitely not something I ever thought I could, or would want, to do! I would highly recommend it for anyone looking to get in shape without having to join a gym or follow a strict diet.”
